All the ones I've ever bought there have had their original case and most have been mint/near mint.

Any idea when they're going to offer their "20% more for your used cd/dvds/games" again? How often do they do this? I recently went through the quote process (about $1200) with them, but I've yet to package up and mail my used stuff to them...I know as soon as a mail it, the "20% more" sale will pop up.
