Ok, this is the same deal currently running on DDD.

I noticed that when you go to the list there, the prices for a lot show up as $6.99. When you click on an item or add it to your cart from the list page, it goes back to $9.99. I wonder if the prices will be $6.99 each and they just haven't taken effect yet. This would be a better deal if so.
Oh and I assume you can use the $10 off from Google Checkout if you've yet to sign up/have more accounts.

I'm seeing the same problem with the $6.99 titles. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. I want to make one order with the $6.99 titles without GCO, and another order of the $9.95 titles with GCO.

It would actually be a deal I would get in on if they were $7 for the ones I want. Maybe I'll shoot them an email. Who knows how long that reply would take.

$6.99 is not the correct price. I think it's a problem from the last time they had their $6.99 MGM sale. When they reverted the prices, they still showed up in the searches. They've also shown as $6.99 at Dvd Price Search for many months now.

Yeah well they should be helpful with emails too.
They actually refunded me a partial $15 on a used purchase because it was missing two of the DVDs from the set, which was fine with me. It was the Hitchcock Early Years set, and they just sent me all the single cases, so it wasn't like I would notice anything missing.

DVD Planet is a site that specifically asks you to call them if you want to cancel an order (and, yes, I know that is not the case here). For the most part you get better results calling them when something goes wrong.
