Never done an FYE rebate, it doesn't mention anything about UPC, just email confirmation & packing slip. Is that really all they need?

If it is what it says, then that is all they need. Just keep copies of everything just in case. I have not had any problems with them in the past. And don't forget the rebate form.

Thanks OP! This was a great deal.

PS: They also have a very good price for Season 6 of South Park: $19.99 which comes to $17.99 + tax after the 10% off + free shipping code. Best price I could find on-line, even taking into account the current $10 off $30 deals via Google Checkout at other places.

Thanks OP & moonraker - I scored seasons 6 & 7 for $29.39 after tax (assuming the $15 rebate works OK). Sweeet :-)

Can anybody please verify that the link provided both by the OP and via the item URL for the rebate pdf file has problems? I get an error every time I try to get it.

Thanks.

I hate rebates, but this is another one I can't pass on. Especially with the great deal on season 6 to go along with it.

Works fine for me.

I have never done this before, will it even work or have there been reports of people not getting their rebates? Whenever I send in rebates (never for a DVD though) I always seem to never get them. If I get in on this, I may keep everything sealed so that I can return it if I get screwed out of my rebate

The first time I printed the rebate form it came out as gobbledygook. It printed ok the second time, though.

Give it at least 3 months and sometimes a few emails and/or phone calls.

Got the sets in today. COndition not so hot. They packed everything in an airtight bubble wrapped envelope. Theyre kinda crushed. Despite the rebate, with shipping like this I dont think I want to deal with them again.

Looks like Ill be getting that rebate out ASAP.

same here. I actually forgot and ditched the sipping receipt and had to dig it out of the trash a day later. Fortunately I was smart enought to stuff it back in the envelope. It was still nice and clean.

My sets were not crushed in any way, but my gripe about the packaging is that while cutting it open, I sliced the packing slip up and had to tape it back together (to send it in for the rebate). There was no good way that I could see to open these without tearing up the packing slip.
