various Fox titles 2 for $10 at BJ's (Sandlot, Alien...)

I noticed about a dozen Fox titles marked 2/$10 at BJ's today. Only titles I can remember right now are:

The Sandlot
Rookie of the Year
Die Hard
Predator
Alien (20th Ann.)
Aliens (SE)
Miller's Crossing

....

Gilmore Girls season sets are $27.99.

Some 2 disc sets like Boogie Nights & One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest are $9.99.

The Aliens (SE) isn't the 2-disc one, is it? That would be WAY too good to be true.

No, I'm pretty sure everything was single-disc.
