More Price Drops on Star Trek Sets

Good news, Star Trek fans. S4 and S5 of the TNG have been dropped to the new low price. I picked up a set at Sam's for 49 bucks.

Also, S4 and S5 of DS9 have been lowered.

I'm waiting for DS9 to be under $50 each. I have Season 1 & 2 used for that price. 5 more to go. It's funny, I liked this series the best but missed most of the last 2 years because I almost completely stopped watching TV.

S6 and S7 of both series only remain to be price dropped. The best STNG and DS9 deal is at DDD where you can get all 7 seasons for $314.59.

does anyone know when voyager will take the plunge? I am hoping they will match prices with the TNG and DS9 sets, and be 314ish for all 7 at DDD. Right now its still 598.............a bit steep.

I know price drops are great for alot of people who can't afford the higher prices, but doesn't it piss you off when you bought the sets at the higher price when they came out? I remember buying all 9 sets of the X-Files, now they are re-releasing them at less than $40, those sets were $100 when the first came out! I somehow feel ripped off...

Argg...I just need season 6 to complete DS9. I really want this one so I can finish watching the series. It is really eating me up. I was about to just cave and buy it during the DDD 20% off sale but seeing as how they are droping the rest of the series I suppose I will wait. Already have TNG.

It has been sitting at this price since before the price drop though, right? I was hoping the set would drop before June, but they may be putting it off.
