So, how much will the pre-order Buffy Complete box set be on Tuesday? It's around $140 now as a pre-order, but with the 20% discount, it'd be $112, unfortunately if the non-pre-order price goes up alot, then I'll pass on it.

Couple of suggestions for those that like 60's spy or 60's sci-fi films.

Danger: Diabolik is a terrifically fun film obviously influenced by the early Bond films but fun in its own way. Italian film by Mario Bava so not for everyone as some have problems with subtitles. This is a terrific transfer the image is a knockout with a cool score and a fantastic babe. I have a feeling that someone at the studio gave this extra good treatment.

It also influenced Roman Coppola's CQ. Also a lot of fun, again for someone that enjoys or was influenced by 60 films growing up.

Diabolik is $7.49 and CQ is $7.30

I cancelled THE OFFICE: Complete Collection PLUS Special from Amazon.com. It was estimated to ship on the 14th -- I placed the order around the 9th/10th. Just saved a few bucks by getting it from DDD. They have it in-stock. I still might place a final order before the 19th.

Sorry if this has been asked. I ordered the Ultimate Matrix LE and it says backorder and that it'll ship 11/23. Next to title it says "NEWPRICE" and it lists it as the price I bought it for.

Is there a newer version coming out? I didn't see anything about it, but I'm curious if you or anyone else may know. I don't want to buy it if it's going to be replaced. Plus, I have not seen the other two movies, and I'm not sure how much I'd like them.

The majority of Fox titles were, or are, going to be rereleased, but I picked up Hustler because it had a lot of features, but who knows if there will be an anniversary edition or just another Newman boxset.

For comparison, last June Fox also 'retired' Ice Age: Special Edition (2-disc set), The Fly I/II (double feature), FernGully: The Last Rainforest, Oklahoma and State Fair. And going OOP this coming January are 28 Days Later, The Beach, Carousel, The King and I, South Pacific and Miracle on 34th St. (1947).

I'm sure the musicals will be reissued since they did that with State Fair, Oklahoma, and Sound of Music. So I'd avoid any older titles if they have minimal features.


Havent planned my 2nd order yet, was going to pick up the Eddie Guerrero dvds some other time, but I just found out he passed away so I have to snatch that up next.
