I don't get it. Think it's saying that there are full screen dvd's that are being packaged as widescreen dvd's. I looked at their list of eligible dvd's and I know of at least one that I own that is indeed widescreen. Are they saying that that list of dvd's are sometimes full-screen when they shouldn't be?
Or do you think they are including a broad list when in actuality there are just one or two (or a few?) titles that had the wrong packaging?
Has anyone out there purchased an MGM widescreen disc and found out when they played it that it was actually a full-screen? Or are a few people trying to get a free dvd out of nothing? If that's the case, come on people! most MGM discs are already cheap enough!!!

Rather than grinding our way through all the referenced legal documents, any chance of giving a clue what this is all about? Call me lazy, but reading documents like this is right up there with getting root canals in my books...
