Seinfeld deals @ CompUSA

All are "delivery only" which means it will cost another $5 for shipping. Even if you bought all 3 sets, it only costs $5 for shipping. You may be charged tax, too -- probably depends on whether there's a CompUSA in your state.

Gift set $69.990
Season 1 $29.99
Season 2 $29.99

The Seinfeld sets are in both the CompUSA ad and the Good Guys ad today for $29.99. These would be good for pricematching at Circuit City where it's advertised for $39.99. PM'd price should be $28.99 at CC.

The Good Guys ad actually says it's available now. The GG price says it's only good Sun-Tues.

or you could get it at Target for $27.99. If you PM it at CC it would be $26.79.

Edited for poor math

Not bad for B&M, but with STL it goes for $70.17 and I don't have to leave my house.

Assuming Target's price is 27.99, buy it at CC for their price, return it, buy it again and get the discount from their price matching policy.

you don't even have to do that. At CC, they will apply the 110% pricematch on the spot (as opposed to Best Buy which makes you buy it first, then come back within 30 days and PM it).

CC's price = $39.99
Target's price = $27.99
Difference = $12.00
10% of Difference = $1.20
$27.99 - $1.20 = $26.79

Edited for poor math

The Target circular just indicates "low price", how can you pricematch without a listed price?

$27.99 - $1.20 = $25.79 [/B]
Wouldn't it be $26.79?

Maybe a dumb question, but Target online circular is showing low price. How do you know it is going to be $27.99? Thanks.

Yeah, I have the same problem at my local Circuit City. Without the actual price listed, they won't pricematch or call for a price. Is this printed somewhere? I guess I'd have to purchase it first at Target and then pricematch at Circuit City to save an additional $2.40 for both sets. (I might take the Hollywood Video ad to my Circuit City since they are VERY GOOD about pricematching on ads that have printed prices.)

I'm hoping the BBV by me which is across the street from Hollywood Video will match their $19.99 misprice for the individual sets.

Same here.

This stinks cuz BB is opening at 9 tomorrow and CompUSA doesn't open til 10.

I am going to be at BB at 9 sharp. So hopefully they don't need to make a phone call to them. I don't see why they have to. As the price is listed and it is the first day that is comes out so I know they can't accuse me of doing something with the pages within the ad.
