All of the ones list at $12.99 could be bought at that price only if you are a BB "Reward Zone" member.

Don't know about Shrek.

That's sad. It would have been such a sweet deal.

Yes....those were $17.99 for non Rewards Card members. I got True Romance and Goodfellas for $12.99 each ( I'm a member ).

Only problem I saw was my BB only had 1 True Romance...but they had plenty of the other titles.

I am not sure what you mean by blow it? It was in there sales flyer for this week. You have to be a RZ member. I picked up Snatch Suberbit and Independence Day.

you probably don't want the Shrek/Shrek 3-D 2-Pack cuz Shrek is Full Frame only in that package...plus it's the single disc.

Even if you wanted the single-disc Full-Frame Shrek, it was $7.50 at Target this week. I think that Shrek3-D is like a 15-minute short so I'm not sure if you want to spend effectively $8.50 for it.

Also, like others have said, you needed to be a Reward Zone member to cash in on the $12.99 DVDs.

There wasn't anything in salescircular.com to indicate that RZ was required and I don't take the paper, so I had no idea what the ad looked like. Maybe if they noted that was RZ price, I wouldn't have been confused.

Thanks for all the responses

How would he have known that he need to see from the source in the first place?

Go to BestBuy.com, and you can see the whole weekly ad there. Same with Circuit City, Target, K-Mart, and Sears.

Why would you trust a third party for information when you can get the information yourself? Before I run out expecting a deal, I make sure it is a deal from the source.

I'm not saying sites like those lie, but I wouldn't put my trust in them either.

I come here. I go there. What's the big deal? It's not like I had to drive across the country to find out that wasn't the deal, when I got to Best Buy. I appreciate 3rd party sources that weed out the garbage.

it's fine to look at third party sources, but I try to get the actual ad myself to verify the deals and to see the deals on other items.

When you walk into Best Buy or any other store, you can usually see the actual ad to verify the deals yourself.
