Hey Guys (I don't post that often so here goes)

I've been trying to find this item for a while since the recent article about it in Entertainment Weekly. Imagine my surprise when I try to order this and no one has it in stock - it looks out of print. Even ebay and half.com had this at over $100.

Well I went to amazon last night and one of the sellers there had it new for $50.00 so I purchased it immediately. When I went back to check on it (I'm a little compulsive since I had a similary priced half.com purchase cancelled) I saw that Amazon had it in stock for $67.49. I was really tempted to buy from them instead because I'm also afraid the one I ordered from the seller might be a bootleg or incomplete in some way.

I know a while back amazon had Snow White for sale and I tried to get in on that but my order was cancelled because they didn't have the stock, so that may happen again if anyone orders MSCL, but good luck.

I don't know if you are talking about the same seller. If you are, this seller is selling another copy for $50. Checked the feedback definitely not good. I don't mean to upset you but I don't have the confidence that you are going to receive a brand new region 1 copy. Post the result if you want to.

That is correct they did.
Had 2 on back on order for like 3 months.
I had to keep signing in and updating that
still desired them. Finally received them.
One box a little rough on the edges.

Also there are MANY sellers selling BOOTLEGS
of this set. So really check sellers feedback.

I think it is the same seller because he only had 1 out of 5 stars. I guess in my excitement at seeing such a low price I didn't consider that - pretty foolish of me!

In Amazon's FAQ section it states that they'll guarantee all of the items sold by sellers so I guess even if the seller turns out to be bogus I can still be refunded.

I'll post what happens.

i managed to get this last year on half.com for a really good price... somewhere around 60 bucks... the region 1 official box set... i dont know how i lucked out

I didn't realize that this had gone OOP and was going for the big bucks.

I wonder what the limited Lunchbox set with bonus disc would go for (since so few of those actually shipped).
