BB RZ members check you receipts!
I picked up three DVDs on the BB RewardZone $12.99 deal this week and only got the $12.99 price on the first one (GB&U). I had to go to the service desk and convince them that they screwed up. The uninformed staff tried to tell me that the Fight Club DVD I was trying to buy was the two disc SE and the single disc was on sale (they said wrong picture in ad). They had no explanation for the incorrect price that Die Hard rang up. Good thing they had some single disc FC there selling for $14.99 (at regular price) so they could realize that it was the two disc set for $12.99 ($17.99 for non-RZ members). It took about 10 minutes at the service desk and a trip from an employee back to the DVD section but I finally got the discs for $12.99 with the difference credited back to my debit card.

Though it probably didn't deserve it's own thread and could've just been posted in this week's Best Buy Thread.

Same thing happened to me today. They had to manually fix it after triple checking the ad to see if the DVDs qualified. I got Boogie Nights, Great Escape and Goodfellas.
I also had a problem getting the 18 months no interest on my Sony DVD Recorder I bought today. That took a quadruple check of the ad before they would find a way to give me the extra interest free time.

You can, but for some reason their system only puts the discount on the first DVD. You have to get them to manually fix it or ring up each DVD individually.

Never seen these titles for 2 for 25. But anyway another question, is this reward zone thing worth it besides for this sale? I want 2 movies but the difference is $10 which is the cost of the reward zone thing.

As annoying as Best Buy can be at times the reward zone has been well worth it for me. I got back a lot of GCs for my purchases (I got back $150 on my PC in addition to the other rebates) which i turned into free DVDs and this deal was excellent. I haven't expected to get any of these SEs this cheap. It really is worth the $10 a year is you spend any kind of money at Best Buy.

This happened to me as well when I picked up Se7en and Fight Club. The cashier had to call over a manager who said "for some reason, it will only give the discount on one per purchase, so you have to ring them seperately." The ad doesn't say anything about limiting it to one per purchase, so it's just something with the computer system.
