Thanks for the nice words. We are also planning a double point promo on shipments from 10/31 through 11/13.

I hate backlogs. I have tons of things I really need to watch. There are some real gems in the used listing. Too much to wade through really. I need to come up with a better way to browse the stuff.

Hi Mark,

I wanted to buy this Matchbox Twenty DVD, but is it the "explicit version".

Matchbox 20 - Show: A Night In The Life of Matchbox Twenty (2003)

http://www.digitaleyes.net/Details.cfm?info=UNI001048

Thanks!

I went to the warehouse and looked at one. It has the black "naughty bits" sticker on it.

No problemo. I was not sure if there was a character limit when I put it up there.

I sent a huge box of trade ins today, how are you guys right now on getting those in the system. Sometimes, recently, I have gotten my credit real quick. But in the past it has taken weeks. I guess what I am getting at is I wonder if I will be able to use it during double points.

Mark,
Thanks for the coupons. Just placed another order for some used titles. I've been a long-term customer because your site is one of the best places to shop. You've got the killer combo going - good deals and great customer service.

RE: your comments
"There are some real gems in the used listing."
--- I've definitely found a few great things (stuff I'd never heard of) just by going through the titles, and then checking some review sites or my Videohound to see if it might appeal to me.

"I need to come up with a better way to browse the stuff."
--- When I was shopping there today, I thought you could really use a "box sets" and/or "tv shows" category in the used section.

speedyray,
I've sent in lots of shipments for credit at DE, and a few just in the past weeks. The last 3 shipments have been credited within 3 days of DE receiving them. I always ship via media mail with delivery confirmation so I can confirm that they've received them.

Lately we are running less than a week from receipt to posting the credit.

Awesome. With that trade in and double points I should have about 1200+ points when I go into the important holiday season. its about time to cash in some points.

Oh, and I agree, the % coupons are great. Since you seldom have coupons for really large orders the % ones are good when you are stocking up.

The used coupons are still my favorite though. I bet I have bought 30+ used movies because of these coupons in just the last two months.

Bah! I would have used the 10% off coupon, but I didn't realize this was a DigitalEyes thread when I visited yesterday evening.

Pretty good deal. I've held off buying some stuff looking for a good coupon and I certainly prefer %-off coupons.

I also may have to take advantage of them buying used discs. How simple is it? You just get the quotes for the DVDs you want to sell, you box them up, mail them, and then you get the credit on your account?

Yep. Set up a trade in account (to get a number) then just match them up by UPC, submit the quote and mail them in. Way better than going to a store and having them give you quotes. If you don't like the price, don't send it.

Why is it that my order for 21 used discs placed on 11/27 has not shipped yet? Half the discs say In Process, the other half say Used Disc ready to Ship.

I've had good experience with DE in the past, but I have a bad feeling that I'm not going to get a good part of this order.
