Thats a good price. I'm tempted to sign up but I'm not sure about this DV2 club. I've looked through the clubs forum and don't see anything about it and dv2 is too short for the search function. Its $9.95 to join and they say you can select a free dvd. What is the selection like for the free DVD, is it mostly the same stuff in the Wal-Mart $5.50 bin or are there better DVDs to choose from? How often do the prices change. If I sign up is it likely the $19.99 price for V will still be valid in the 3 days the site says it'll take for my account to be approved? Do they have deals this good often making it worth signing up?

The deal with DV2 is 40% off minimum on all their titles all the time & free shipping. The DVD selection for purchases is the same as the regular Columbia House Club. For me it was worth the $10 to join. I saved my $10 over the cost from other online sources & it's been gravy since then. It's probably not a good deal for folks that don't buy many DVD's in a year.
V is more like 50% off, not sure if it would hold that price forever or not.
Not sure on the free DVD. Didn't get that deal when I signed up I don't think.

I just cannot say enough good about this club. I have saved a bundle with them. Their prices don't change that much so I really believe that the price for V will be around for awhile. I don't believe that there are any limits on purchases.
The That's Entertainment set is $29.95. I used $14 in Funcash towards it (you get a minimum of $2 funcash for each dvd ordered) and got it for $15.95!
Also the Gone With the Wind Set is $23.95.
Always free shipping, I get my purchases in about a week.
If anyone wants to to know the price of any individual titles, email me @ [email protected]

They have good prices on Columbia Tristar Tv box Sets
All In the Family 3, 227, and Diff'Rent Strokes are all $17.97.
The thing I like about the club is their prices do not go up. I can feel comfortable putting off a purchase and know that I won't have to pay more when I decide to purchase it, even after the release date.
Another Great Deal: Katharine Hepburn & Spencer Tracy: The Signature Collection $23.95 (also Liz Taylor and John Wayne)
Hitchcock Signature: $59.95

I got my confirmation today. I ordered V its still $19.99 from the looks of it they do have really good boxed set prices. I wonder if we should start an official DV2 thread listing the better deals.

Well I bit and signed up, it appears you can cancel after buying one more title so I can always cancel later it the selection isnt good. Seems like a pretty decent deal.

So all titles are at least 40% off MSRP?
I am looking at the prices of the regular CH clubs. If so this would be good for me, someone who mainly buys boxed sets.
