So what's the best price on the new Hellboy release? I know that Target will have it for $24.99.

I should have done that, because now the cheapest I have seen it for was 22.99

I haven't tried recently, but last week the 15FSOCT coupon didn't work anymore. Maybe it's back?

I tried the 15FSOCT coupon and nothing happened. Looks not to be valid anymore. Too bad I wasn't paying attention to the coupon earlier.

This is a huge YMMV, but the giftset and DC were both priced $24.99 at BB (Madison Heights, MI). It took a bit of coaxing, but the cashier hooked it up. And I got the Madden 20% off coupon to boot with it

Today was a good day.

$24.99 for the Gift Set with statue at Best Buy worked for me as well,

Hit the local store shortly after open and saw, like the above poster mentioned, that the giftsets were price stickered $24.99, instead of the ad price of $42.99 so they happily honored it without any issue then scrambled to tear off tags on the remaining ones. Tag had the correct SKU (6812318) and states "Hellboy GS" gift set, I'm assuming so a mistake at their distribution centers as far as correct price indicated.

I didn't push it by trying to get the Madden 20%off as well, just content for the misprice. YMMgreatlyV, but worth checking around sooner than later, as the early bird gets the worm on this one.

This post got me thinking...Best Buy is advertising $10 off if you buy the Director's Cut of Hellboy along with the Special Edition of Underworld...both are advertised in the flyer as being $22.99 each...however, when I went to my local Best Buy, they have the Special Edition Underworld DVD with a sticker price of $14.99. Does anyone know whether they are going to honor the sticker price on that, or if they are going to try and screw us by raising the price to $22.99 in the system, which would make the $10 off almost useless...?

I went to my local BB, and they didn't have any of the gift sets out. When I asked the clerk, he claimed they didn't have any, and they were on order. I think they probably just found the mistake and removed them.

They will do whatever the F they feel like doing and if you wait a couple of hours, they will probably feel like doing something different.

Assume they will dishonor one or the other. If you want to fight about it, get the phone number for BBY customer service first and put it in your cell phone, that way when they make up whatever lame ass excuse that occurs to them, you can speed dial right up to someone with more authority and less interest in keeping the store profitable at the expense of pissing off customers and is aware of the legal ramifications of refusing to honor advertised sales.

PS, make sure the printed ad says "buy A & B, save $10" (like the website says) and not "buy A for $X and B for $Y and save $10." The "for $X" part would make it harder to argue, although a good BS artist could probably get past that too.
