That was my thinking, but remember that the 20% (if it is even happening this year) does not work for pre-orders, so I used this coupon for preorders for releases in late december and january.

Thanks OP!

Son of a...

I'm planning on buying a new car this week. Can't spend a ton on DVD's. 'Though, this will save me a little money on the stuff I was already planning on buying:

Arrested Development
Greg the Bunny
Spongebob Squarepants: Season Two

Exactly what I did. Every release I want from the Tuesday following Black Friday onward. If there is overlap I can always return things.

I'm having trouble using this one in that I can't find anything to order. I checked all my preorders, and even with 10% off none of DDD's price can beat Amazon STL. Curb Your Enthiuasm 3, Simpsons 5, West Wing 3, Seinfeld 1-3, Aqua Teen Hunger Force 3, Buffy 7, Arrested Development. And for single titles I usually wait until I see if I'm going to be able to get them through Columbia House.

Does anybody's 10% order show up in their Order Status?
My order from yesterday doesn't.

My order from yesterday also does not appear on the Order Status page. Hmmmm.... Lets hope this goes through. Picked up some preorders that I was holding out on.

You do understand that we used a coupon that, most likely, wasn't meant for everybody, right? That's clear?

Count me in as one that hasn't received an order confirmation yet.

I think this coupon code was accidental because the individual discount price of each item didn't show up - it just came off at the end. The same thing happened with the accidental sale earlier this year.

Still I'm glad that I placed the order because I don't like anticipating the 20% off coupon because it's not confirmed. But if it happens - cool!

It definitely seems similar to the last unofficial coupon, which also worked on pre-orders (unlike their official coupons). They honored that one for those who got in; let's hope they do so again this time. They definitely don't have a lot of goodwill equity to work with, after last weekend's fiasco.

Interesting that this one stopped working first thing on a Monday morning. Looks like a pattern is emerging - unexpected incidents over the weekend, which are then caught when "normal" business hours resume on Monday. Guess they haven't grasped the notion that e-commerce is a 24/7 proposition.

P.S. My order from yesterday hasn't shown up either.

Not necessarily. The coupon they sent for those whose orders they had to cancel during the outage was "official" and came off the same way this unofficial one did, at the end.

I thought the recent official coupons they sent out were one-use only?

I really hope this goes through.
I ordered the Alien Quadrilogy and Once Upon a Time in America, two things I've been wanting to buy for a while now.
