I just called Amazon, and they told me that one item I ordered ships in 1-2 days, another in 48 days, another in 2-3 weeks, blah blah blah blah blah.
Once again, I've been reminded why I almost never order anything from that company.

Here's my complaint. I called their Customer Service number and asked if I could order since it showed as "In Stock" but unavailable. CSR took my number and info and elevated to site maintenance group. Nobody called back and it was still showing IN Stock (but untouchable) on Monday. Called again and got situation elevated by CSR. No call back, nothing. Called today and the supervisor said they could only sell it for the price listed on the website. But I had asked that the CSR note the price and that I wanted it at the advertised, In Stock price...and maybe a call back when they promise it. I think I'll pound a letter to the BBB just so they feel obligated to respond for once.

Dude, don't waste your time. The BBB is a complete joke! They are scammers! I have heard SOO many stories! They charge people $800 per year to be "members" which gives you absolutely nothing.,, it's just a marketing scheme. They get mailing lists of owners of new businesses and convince them they need to be members. Its just people are so frightened of them that they pay year after year making the owner of the Better Business Bureau super rich.
Some bozo who owned a newspaper company decided to open that lamo organization. And, I am sure Walmart could give a rat's ass about a letter from them. I once heard someone wrote a letter to the BBB for a dented can of coke in a 6-pack that they bought from walmart. Walmart was willing to give a refund but this person wrote the letter anyways. So they know about frivilous issues that the stupid BBB sends out letters for.
