That's a pretty decent sale. There are several titles I have picked up recently for (unfortunately) higher prices through DDD and CH. Still, I went for Child's Play, Needful Things, Audrey Rose, and Burnt Offerings - all of which I've been wanting to pick up for awhile when I could find a good deal.

Not my cup of tea for movies but I hope the next sale will be another Christmas sale on Criterions similar to last year.

One other time when they had a similar sale, the several "on order" titles I selected actually shipped within 4 days of placing the order.

I thought it was one of the better sales last year, and have been eagerly anticipating another one this year. I can also understand not wanting to disclose any future sales information beforehand but at least the response wasn't a flat out no to my inquiry.
