Without double checking all the pages again, I'm on dial-up, the titles state something like rebate available under them and then on their title page mention the buy 4 get 1 free via rebate (ugh).

Be careful when using buy.com I order from them during there 3 for 20.00 sale, they only sent me 2 dvds even though the invoice said 3. I called customer service which is of course in India, and they said they did belive me they have to do there own investigation which involves called Warnes Bros Home Video to see if they sent it to the buy.com. They said it could take up to 2 months!!! Be careful of this company!

LoL!! If it were me, as soon as I got off the phone with that CSR I'd be on the line to my credit card issuer. 2 months for ~$7 is simpily abusive, either the CSR is just another idiot making things up as he goes along (entirely possible) or the company is just hoping that you'll forget about it during those two months.
