Buy.com also has another Bandai title, Jin-Roh , for just $16.87. I don't know if it's the movie only version or the deluxe version, but the box cover art is for the deluxe version. Someone might want to take a shot on this title along with the Escaflowne title so that the order will meet the requirement of $25 to qualify for free shipping.

I spent a good half hour looking for a filler item to take me over that $25 threshold.

Gasaraki is different. I liked it but I'd rate it a C/C- on a letter grade scale. I fell asleep during several episodes since it gets really slow at points. There is one really cool part throughout the whole series and sadly, it doesn't happen again. /sigh
You can't beat that price though, I picked it up over college last year for that price.
Gamestop 2 for 3 deal. Stopped by my local Software Etc today and noticed they priced their dvds UP to go with this 'sale'. Twelve Kingdoms used to be $15.99 and now it's $24.99. That seemed to happen to quite a few titles, so it isn't as nice as it sounds since you can just grab 3 titles from DDD for the same price.

Checked another K-mart last night, they had 4 different Vols os Gasaraki, but I figured if i decide to get it a rightstuf special for the whole set would be better. THe only Rahxephon they had was vol 2 so it loosk like the odds of finding any other volume of that series, or any other series for that matter are pretty slim.

I'm not sure if this is a good or a bad sign. Buy.com has shipped the manga I ordered to make my order eligable for free shipping. The Escaflowne movie is listed as processing. Atleast it hasn't been canceled yet.

The 3-pack of Last Exile is definitely not a bad deal at $12.67/ea. shipped since I doubt we'll ever see a price as low as the Best Buy misprice a few months back.
At $23/ea. for the new volume releases, I think I'll wait and see if Geneon/Pioneer releases another 3-pack for volumes 4,5, and 6 at the discounted price.

Went to Suncoast today and saw a special they're having on Geneon Signature Series dvds. It's a buy one get one free deal and each dvd is priced at $19.99. Not too shabby in my opinion.

Just checked my Esca. order at Buy.com again, and now it's showing as "On Order." I guess that's better than canceled, but I've had Buy.com forget about a previous DVD order that was backordered for 6 months, until I remembered and emailed them about it.
