(I seem to remember something like that before)
The MARVEL buy one get one free coupon should overlap whatever new sale we get on Sunday by one hour (coupon ends 11:59 EST, new sales go up 11 EST).

If you input the coupon code in your cart with at least one item it remains valid past expiration as long as you don't empty the cart and until you buy something (at least a few days, it might eventually all off if inactive).

That was my first foray. Own almost every Max title now. Ugh.

Amazon has Marvel comics 50% off for anyone who doesnt want to buy 2 or has Amazon credit. I'm pretty sure Amazon purchases port over to Comixology.

Many do, but only if they have the specific wording that they're cross compatible.

If you still have the 'expired' b1g1f code MARVEL in your cart, it still works, enabling one to get some extra discount using the Marvel Monday books.

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

Batman Europa is only $4.99 at Amazon (bought there, it can be read on Comixology). The same collection is currently $14.99 on Comixology, with single issues $3.99/ea.

Spend a buck more, and get the whole 4 issue story. Written by Brian Azzarello, with art by Jim Lee and others.
(from nprentess at the MobileRead forums)
Awesome catch, thanks.

Groupees added a few more books to their fantasy bundle, and announced the following -

"A Very Special Comic Bundle Coming Next Week
Lots of great deals coming next week including a Be Mine + an extra special Comic bundle. Stay tuned!"

Here's hoping

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

I finally decided to merge my Amazon and Comixology accounts, chiefly to get that cheap Game of Thrones bundle, and I figured that would be easier than adding payment info to Comixology (I've only gotten free stuff till now) and I needed to merge them anyway.

I successfully merged them, but holy heck, what a PITA. After I sign in with my amazon account, it signs me out anywhere I click. I sign in, then go to My Books. It's signed me out. I sign in again and see my books. I go to Free Comics to see if there's anything I don't have, and it's signed me out again. I sign in and add the GOT bundle to my cart. It asks me to sign in, then says my cart is empty. It's probably related to my POS IE browser, but I don't have this problem at any other site.

Comixology usually signs me out after a couple days, but nothing like you described. I'm guessing it's your browser.

I bought them, not realizing that there were tie-in issues (e.g., She-Hulk). Only afterward did I find out they were selling the complete collection in two parts (for $49.99 each). I'd like to pick up the single issues but have them in my library in order so I know which to read next. Is that even possible?

Sales on Image books by A.J. Lieberman and a sale on Rai. If you buy the Rai bundle you save the most money. Lieberman wrote The Harvest and Term Life which I enjoyed, so I will pick up the rest of his stuff.

There's a very high chance that Marvel will have their 'Civil War' single issues on sale next week when the movie launches.

You can view them in reading order in Comixology app and we site by searching for 'Marvel's Civil War' under story arcs.

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

Avatar press have finally gone DRM-free for several of their digital books -

http://www.comcav.net/pages/digital

Doesn't seem to extend to Comixology yet, but I'm hoping it'll get there too. A step in the right direction.

Great stuff indeed, debating what to get from that sale, though I wish it would have covered all of the Top Shelf books, there's some great stuff there.

There's a Plastic Man 75th anniversary sale going on. Lots of good stuff, though not enough golden age Jack Cole stuff.

I really recommend Kyle Baker's series:

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

Couple of pretty nice deals here.

Buy a select Amazon app (most are free) and get emailed a code to redeem at Comixology for the recent Avengers #0 for free (was $5.99).
Can't find the link (maybe it was posted here already?) but here is link for a free $5 Amazon credit for buying a free game.

New manga bundle at Humble.
https://www.humblebundle.com/books/k...a-manga-bundle

Also, Groupees has a new Indy bundle that has a broad selection of some of the best books of the last couple years, and some classic gems. I'm tempted by the $25 tier, even though I probably own most of it on Comixology already.

To get the free comic you need to specifically download Marvel Avengers Alliance 2 before 5/13/16; here's a reference link - https://twitter.com/comiXology/statu...073684992?s=09

This was my promo code, not sure if universal/reusable - Avengers-0-ZSRHU
