Books about people blossoming later in life?
I.e. change in careers, going back to something they used to do, etc. Real-life stories of people who didn't become known or didn't do what they're known for until their 30's, 40's, 50's, etc.

Nothing to recommend but...
... you could look for a book about Colonel Sanders who by most accounts began cooking chicken at 40 and franchising at 65!
