Is Yet Another New Supergirl Joining the DC Universe?

If so why and what happened to the last "10"? It seems they keeps bringing her back and taking her out.

Yeah, I've seen her. Again, why do they keep bringing her back over and over?

Sigh---

I guess no one knows....

So why not have one Supergirl and keep her around like any other DC Metahuman? Is that not possible?

Coincidence? I think not.

A while back, I leafed thru a Supergirl collected paperback at Border's that seemed to deal with a couple of alternate Supergirls. I seem to remember that I read on the cover it was a complete collection of a short run series. Does anyone know this?

tks

Aside from the two archives collections, the only Supergirl TPBs out there (at least I'm pretty sure) are the very beginning and the very end of Peter David's run. The one you describe sound slike "Many Happy Returns" which is the last six issues of the comic.
