Sorry I'm not more knowledgeable on the details, but I think the 2014 6-disc set has remastered transfers. Don't know if any of the bonuses were carried over.

I'm pretty sure the 6 disc contains all the extras you listed (not sure about the game that's listed). They're on the Rocky 1 disc which was the only disc remastered in the later set. It has been on sale lately recently for as low as $13.50 on Foxconnect and $14.99 on Bestbuy (it's $17.99 at BB now). I prefer it for the thinner packaging.

I'd almost get this but with the information about the re-released set containing a remaster of the first film and the fact that its been on sale lower I guess I'll wait.
