I feel bad that I've gotten to the point where $20 is too much to spend. I'm sure these smaller companies need a higher price point to survive. But personally, given my easy to please nature and bulk collecting habits, I'm happier with three to four mainstream publisher films than one Twilight Time release for my $20.

Everybody seems to be coming out of the woodwork with B horror movies on bluray for high prices. I suspect the success of Twilight Time's horror releases is a part of it.

I've slowed down in buying the TT horror releases. $30 is high but I lived with it because they were supposed to be limited and figured this was my only shot at getting these films on blue. Now we know they're not so limited. I felt burned by the quick release of Christine by Sony and the re-releases of Fright Night, Mysterious Island and Journey to the Center of the Earth. Obviously they can do what they want but I totally ignored this last batch of horror flicks because of it. If they were $20 or less I wouldn't have cared. Not a biggie in the scheme of things but I don't get that excited by their new titles anymore.

Ended up ordering
Fat City
Emperor Of The North
House Of Bamboo
World Of Henry Orient
Mysterious Island

Put a few soundtracks in the same order as well.
Even though I'm spending in some case the same amount (if not more) for just a CD with music, I think that ultimately I will realize much more value from them compared to owning a whole movie.

I might be tempted to pick up 1984 and The Believers, but $55 for both seems way too high.
