I picked up Time Bandits (Steelbook) and Lifeforce.

Wish I had known this was coming, as I got Sisters, Phantom of the Paradise steelbook, and Invasion of the Body Snatchers steelbook a few weeks back at full price. Oh well.

The review hasn't gone up yet, but I can confirm that the menu trick works on a Region A PS3 for their The Pit and The Pendulum, featuring an all-new documentary. It's a decent transfer, likely identical to Scream Factory's source.

Lady Snowblood didn't work on either my PS3 or my Phillips player. And I realized yesterday that Hell Comes to Frogtown is OOP and not part of the sale. So I'm kind down about placing an order now.

Received my three Arrow titles today. Bubble packaging and a heavy cardboard wrap like Amazon UK does.

Wasn't sure what to expect as far as how they packed their stuff, but they did a decent job. The three steelbooks were each wrapped separately in bubble wrap and the whole stack was packed into a box cut down to size. Unlike Amazon or the e-tailers here, they weren't content to just use a one size fits all box with something tossed in there to keep them from sloshing around too much. The box that showed up was tiny compared to what I was expecting but everything made it safe and sound.

I got 2 packages in the mail yesterday, one from Arrow and the other from Amazon.de. The Arrow box was packed with about 6 feet of sticky bubble paper with all the disks snuggled between a lot of bubble wrap. The Amazon box looked like it had been used as a World Cup soccer ball for a few games with several rips and tears to the outer box. The didn't have a chance to open the Amazon box, but I could clearly see the Eureka box through one of the several holes. I did give it a shake to see if any disks were loose.

I ordered the Beast within a few months ago from Shout. Arrow seems to be missing the Holland commentary, but I would have rather had the Teenage cicada feature.

I got my order from Amazon.de along with my Arrow order yesterday too.
I had four Bds and one DVD and Amazon used one of the fold over flaps packages, not a box. Everything fit well and there was no damage to any of the cases.

I'm still waiting for one title from Zavvi which should be here any day now.
So far out of the 70 discs I've had shipped from overseas in the last month, not one has come damaged or with shipping related issues. The one I'm still expecting will probably be smashed to bits just because it's time...

Got my Arrow package yesterday. Everything was in perfect condition. Ordered three steelbooks and they were all perfect! Each of the steelbooks was individually packed in bubblewrap within the box. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

It's not. But you can order items that aren't part of the sale as well.

Arrow sells a pretty deep body of niche horror titles. This is the best way to acquire most of them, even if the item isn't on direct sale. I think if you spend over 50 pounds, the shipping is free.

Thanks for the tip, Paul_SD! Decided to pick up Sisters, Zombie/Zombie Flesh Eaters, Black Sabbath and The Long Goodbye.

With the conversion rate, came out to something around $66, but that is still considerably less than paying for all of the above titles at Amazon UK.

The Abominable Dr. Phibes does not play on a Region A player, even with the Top Menu trick.

Yes, of all the international places I import DVDs from, Arrow is the best. They're the fastest and they're the best with packaging.

what's the smallest order you've ever placed? I really want to go back and grab a steelbook...but not sure if only one case is going to be packed as well as 7 or 8.
