I've ordered from Fox Connect before...but this time they're making it impossible for me to place an order. I tried checking out with PayPal because I thought that would be easiest. But no - when I go back to finalize my order I get a message that my e-mail already exists...but gives me no option for proceeding with the order. I open another window on Fox Connect, log-in and that wipes out everything I had in my shopping cart. --Peter

I guess I have had the same or similar problem. Fox Connect has stopped allowing me to log in to my account(s). When I enter my e-mail and password it just goes back to asking me for my e-mail and password. No error message. I tried pay pal too and got the same message you did. I ended up creating another new account and then I could place an order.

If I wasn't still waiting for the 3rd copy of one of the many scratched dvd's & blu's I received from Fox at the BF sale, I'd be interested. Based on the 80% HEAVILY scratched rate from those 2 orders, & similar reported at another internet board, I believe what they're blowing out are rewrapped customer returns.

Yes, I still don't have a clean copy of 1 title I paid for in NOVEMBER.

They may be selling some returns but considering this sale includes pre-orders it isn't about gettng rid of scratched disks. Please take your future rants to the proper forum.

That really is the most beautiful cover. The Fly comes a close second. I just wish Planet of the Apes looked that good, since it's by far my favorite movie of those that got the SDCC treatment, and it looks the worse.

I say it is probable. I bought a season of It's Always Sunny on Blu Ray a couple years ago during their BF sale and all it had was a blank cd-rom in it. They replaced it without issue but it is impossible to happen unless someone opened it, took the discs out, and resealed it.
