Hi,

This is Vishal and I'm a part of Senior Management at Nomorerack.

Wanted to reach out directly and apologize as we will have to cancel all the order for these Bond DVD sets. We are extremely sorry about this situation and we are immediately issuing a full refund to all our customers.

It has been about 5 days since we sold this product and the communication with the vendor is not giving us enough confidence that the product will be shipped. We would like to be cautious, thus are immediately issuing a full refund to all customers who bought this product to their original mode of payment and issuing a $10 credit to be used towards any future purchase at Nomorerack.

Again, we sincerely apologize for this issue and would like to assure that this is not a regular occurrence. We put our suppliers thru a detailed due diligence but this one passed without any red flags. We have further strengthened our controls to ensure this does not happen again.

Yeah, my order says canceled through my "view order" window on the website but then that same order did generate a USPS tracking number. It's a legit tracking number, because it's already been processed through the postal service in Boston, MA. I wonder if this is the tail end batch that they're having problems with or if it's actually all of them. What got processed in Boston, MA then?

Oh well, I really need to watch my laserdiscs first before double-dipping on those anyways. Kinda mad that I passed up the Star Trek movie set for $50 at Fry's last week though, since I'd already spent money on this and have most of those on laserdisc too. Hopefully that one'll go on sale again.

So, I placed two orders, each had a Bond set but I also ordered another DVD set they had for real cheap. Both my orders have the same tracking # ending in 5272, wondering if anyone else got this same tracking number because the tracking progress is also a little weird, it says it departed boston on the 22nd and now it is being sorted again in Boston on the 23rd, same thing it was doing on the first of two updates on the 22nd. Just wondering why both my orders got cancelled when I had other items in one of my orders. Also it says both orders cancelled and I have received one of two refunds through paypal

Someone over at Blu-ray.com received a little slip of paper (with tracking) that read "Address Verifcation Complete!" and advising them to wait two weeks for their merchandise to be delivered. If it indeed came from nomorerack, I don't know what their angle is... but I'm glad I stayed out of it. Just my opinion, but things keep sounding shadier and shadier.
