Pricing errors are one thing. Somethimes those go through, sometimes they don't. This was an insane price form a vendor that most peopel have never heard of before. That's the difference. I will jump on a pricing error from a reputable vendor in a heartbeat. For example, if Amazon had msitakenly listed this price. Sometimes they ship the items, sometimes you get a cancellation email. This deal was just too sketchy for me.

I've heard of them before and knew people who got stuff from them. So to me, this wasn't a vendor I've never heard of before. I just didn't look beyond what I already heard, which wasn't really bad. But now we realize they're more scam than an actual seller.

My co-worker ordered 1 Bond 50 set and received a USPS tracking number. The tracking number shows the "set" was delivered in Virginia. Funny thing though, she lives in Southern California... She did get a credit from PayPal.

These yo-yos just posted on my FB page that the deal is back on (like it ever was). The page shows the 39 $ deal good through tomorrow but out of stock.

They're clearly trying to lure people to their site with a deal they can't fulfill. Total crooks.

I'd be contacting their ISP, explaining to them this particular website is conducting seriously questionable advertisements, possible even fraud, and that their TOS says as much.

I ordered a titanium ring from them with the credit they gave. We'll see if it shows up or not. It was only $9 so no loss if it doesn't (I'm not holding my breath).

I had to return headphones I foolishly bought with the Bond set. I received a cheaper model than advertised and they were grey goods made to be sold in Canada so it had no warrenty. While they sent very friendly e-mails and all, when the goods were returned they said it would take two or three weeks for the credit to be processed because they had to check the condition of the returned goods in their warehouse. As this would come very close to being past the time I could make a pay pal claim, I decided to make a claim without waiting for them to issue a credit. I specifically asked them for a paypal credit and not a store credit since it was their error. They agreed in the written conversation I had with CS when I first asked for RMA and I kept a copy of the transcript. They of course gave me a store credit excluding tax and shipping. Fortunately Pay Pal found in my favor and I got a full refund in my pay pal account. My account with them still has the credit they issued for the headphones but I will not use it to purchase anything. I will not do business with them again even with free credit.

Third time's a charm. I just received my order from them today. It wasn't the Bond set or the batteries, but $9 for a set of 4 earmuffs. Guess my last $1 of credit will go to waste, but at least I received something for my time...besides the junk e-mail.

Well I used my free $20 credit and got a 64 Gig Flash drive for $15. We will see if it comes and if it comes if it is real and if my credit card information gets stolen. It is like online ordering roulette!

I would almost certainly cancel any credit card entered on their site. It could be months before the fraudulent charges start popping up on the cards.
