That you don't know for sure. My guess is you are correct, but we have no way of knowing for sure. From the beginning this screamed scam to me. Not worth the time and aggravation to me.

Sure we do. The company came right out and said they didn't get it in from their "supplier." I think the whole thing was a hoax from the get go. You have a company that has an F rating on the BBB that's trying to get an e mail distribution list together. Sure, they could get you to sign up so they have your e mail address, but would need you to order something to get the rest of your info (name, address, phone #, etc). What better way then to offer an item at a fraction of the cost that they know will get mentioned at deal sites everywhere?

Hell, Cardsfan tried to order batteries, FUCKING BATTERIES, and they don't even have those in stock? Come on.

Wow, it's one thing to take orders and cancel them. It's complete fraud to recycle tracking numbers to make it seem like customers are going to get their stuff. Glad I already had the set, and didn't discover the thread until there were already questions being raised.

FWIW I logged in after getting that same email and when I went to checkout I somehow had a $30 credit. Made an order, but am guessing it'll just be another cancel.

While my order was cancelled and paypal was credited back, the $10 credit they gave is worthless to me, as they already squandered their goodwill. Epic Fail.

It's too bad the Nomorerack url couldn't have been snapped up by a more legitimate company, like doctors who specialize in breast reduction. That would make a lot more sense!

Well, something good did come out of this debacle. After making an order for the set I saw some sport bras, 6 for $30, and I got them yesterday (used their instruction to pick a size). Ran on them this morning and NOTHING moved, they are AWESOME!! Very good-feeling fabric also, like it'll last.

Again, I don't disagree that this was a scam from teh get go and I am not defending this shitty store, but where did you see the bolded? The email I saw simply said "the supplier responsible for this particular deal fell short of that expectation." Which could mean that they got some, but not enough to fill all the orders. We simply have no way of knowing if every person that ordered got stiffed.

I was thinking that as well, but in the great scheme of things, in particular the threads started like this because of pricing errors, this is the first time we've struck out. But thinking about the stuff I got in on last year, there was some legit stuff that was deemed too good to be true that was actually true.

Obviously this was some kind of scam, but what. On Saturday morning after the Friday night deal, I pressed their buy button but a message appeared saying it was out of stock and it would not place any item in my car. Why even leave a buy button up if they had no more to sell? If they were just trying to get email addresses, why not allow more orders than they did? Perhaps instead of trying to cheat the public, the business is just a front for some kind of money laundering operation or something.
