Assume that all of these are available to all customers unless specifically listed as member only like the Welcome Package. Also remember that any preliminary codes are just that and BN could pull it, change the details or exclusions anything prior to release so always a bit of YMMV until the final release date

Mini FAQ
Coupons should not work for PREORDERS , Nook, Legos, Rosetta Stone, Digital, Gift Cards, Memberships, etc. There are glitches where sometimes an excluded item will be allowed but assume that is the exception to the rule

Max 3 GC on a single online order.
Online only a single code can be applied to an order

Online ordered items can returned to a local store unless it's classified as a web-only item then it's at the store's discretion to accept

Saw it a few weeks ago, I was excited to see it, and then my expectations fell flat about 20 minutes into it. JennLaw was nice to look at but that was really about it. I'm still waiting for a point too. Glad I didn't try to spring for the steelbook and stuck with digital for my first watch.

Doesn't look like it's for a credit card.

It's applied to Amazon as a gc credit from what I can tell.

UHF is finally down to $12.99, which isn't the greatest price, except it's nearly the lowest since it came out (lowest was $12.57 for like a day) and it's been betweeb $18-$23 quite a lot. I bit on this one.

Are you sure it's just a digital credit? The terms only say "credit towards your next purchase" and make no mention of it being digital only.

Yeah sorry, it's just a credit, not a digital credit. Which makes it even better

Anyone have an Amazon Prime Store Card? Any drawbacks? Good for just small purchases like Blurays and such? Can you cancel at anytime?

You get 3% Amazon credit on amazon.com purchases, 2% back at restaurants, gas stations, and drug stores, and 1% back on everything else. Otherwise I believe it's an ordinary JP Morgan Chase credit card.

I just did this, and anybody who has a local participating merchant really should do it, too. It's free cash. Gonna get the $30 Limited Edition Donnie Darko set from Arrow for $20. Woot!

I don't believe the OP was asking about the Chase card but the Prime Store Card, which gives 5% off at Amazon, but only if you maintain a Prime account, and works nowhere else. It's issued by Synchrony Bank, as many store-brand cards are.

1) Since it's new credit a hard pull (small FICO hit) will happen. I believe Synchrony uses TransUnion.

2) The average age of your credit accounts goes down, another hit to FICO

3) Sure you can cancel but I don't see the advantage of that since you've already paid the above costs to get the card and there is no fee for the card itself

Well, I just want to take advantage of $40 credit they offer if you apply, maybe buy a couple movies with it, pay it off and cancel. Don't really need a 2nd card even though I do make every purchase on Amazon...

I did the Amazon Cash promo at CVS on my way to work today and it was super fast and easy. And the $10 credit showed up immediately.

If your not planning on keeping the card open, the $40 credit isn't going to be worth the impact it's going to make in the long run on your credit report. If you are going to open up a second card, there are much better offers than a $40 credit, you are just going to have to do a little research. I get offers in the mail weekly for $100 credit and up after making a first purchase.

Which cards are those? Discover keeps offering me a $75 Amazon credit, but I'm not sure I want to eat the cost of a hard pull for it.

I have no idea, I toss them in the trash. I've had the same two cards for over a decade now and a near perfect credit score and not interested in switching.

Well, your overall credit extension increases, changing your DCR score, I think. Transferring balances from an existing account that was older, even paying that balance off, transferring the other balance to the new card, would be my advice.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray

Not sure why Oldboy deleted this because it's a good question.

i've asked this before and got the link, but the page has changed and I can't see where i can see my digital credits. the link is: https://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html/?docId=1000811661#gc

anyone see the button to show how much you have in digital credits? thanks in advance.
