^ I know they had the sale last June. They probably had it in November as well, but I didn't buy anything. Half the time the prices are jacked up to the point where the discount doesn't even best Amazon's everyday prices. IIRC, on a couple of occasions the deal was only 25% off the retail price. Those sales have been a joke the last couple years.

Yeah, I had that happen too ("we never received your return"), even though the tracking information showed the return getting at least as far as the post office sorting center in the neighboring town.

I ended up disputing it with my credit card.

In DD's defense on this one, Criterion does often use shrinkwrap instead of Y-fold seals. I've ordered from Criterion directly and received BDs in shrinkwrap.

I placed one order and never received anything. I looked at my order history and it is marked Cancelled. I never received an email. I'm done with DD.

You should see why they cancelled the order. I'm guessing it'll be the "we had an issue with your credit card" excuse.

EXACT thing happened to me. The return made it to the sorting facility (about 30 miles from DD) and then "disappeared" and they wouldn't issue a credit until the return was received. After waiting a month, I had my CC reverse the charge. Thank you Capital One.
