I made five separate orders. At checkout it looked like the coupon worked for all of them, but after reading my confirmation emails, it looks like they only applied it to my first order. I wish they would have just canceled them instead.

I made two Google Checkout orders and they canceled the second. At least I got the one I wanted the most, A Night to Remember BD. It's been shipped.

One thing we did found out from this sale is that DeepDiscount could cancel orders if they wanted to when requested by customers, but simply don't unless they know they are going to lose money on the order when it suits their needs.

I received notice that my CD has shipped.

At first, the site told me that I needed to spend more than $5 for the coupon to work. Then I was going to order 2 items, and it wouldn't let me add more than 1 item to the cart.

Ultimately, I got the code to work (1 CD for $3.49), but they lost business in the process. Another reason to add to the list of why I don't generally order from them.

To anyone with multiple accounts: Can you ship packages to the same address? I can come up with an alternate email and credit card, but it would have to go to the same address. I would have liked to have used more than 1 coupon.

Both my orders, LADY FOR A DAY and SCARLET STREET, shipped, but I used two different delivery addresses so maybe that's why they went through without a cancellation.

I was one of the few that defended this company. I am done with that now. I placed an order and like many of you the coupon didn't take, so i cancelled immediately, I actually send them three emails about this. In a few hours I received three cancellation emails from three different CS agents. A few days later I get a shipping email saying the blu ray has been shipped... I asked them why it wasn't canceled and they said it was cancelled but the warehouse did not receive the cancellation. They had three days to make sure the warehouse got the memo. They are sending me a return label and asking me to send back the item which is fine, but I am not 100% certain I will get my money back. What a poorly operated business.

I've called DD within 5 minutes of placing an order and have been told that it was too late to cancel. I've even attempted to cancel pre-orders and out-of-stock items and have been told they couldn't be canceled but that I could return them once received. DD is one of the shittiest companies in the history of e-commerce.

You'll get a better response complaining on their facebook page. The end result will probably be the same. I had problems with them a couple months ago that doesn't even compare to this but I too can't recommend them to anyone anymore.

Just received my order. This will be the last time I shop with Deep Discount. Received a clearly opened and re-shrinkwrapped Blu-Ray with no disc inside. At least I will (hopefully) be receiving a replacement, but GREAT JOB GUYS.

The only reason I ordered anything from them was because of the coupon. I still haven't gotten my order yet even though it supposedly was dispatched last Saturday. Even going the slowest option it shouldn't take almost a week to get here. Don't think I'll order from them again.

This is not uncommon with them.

Also, if they're out of stock on an item, even though the site shows it as being in-stock, 9/10 the order doesn't really go through. If you contact customer service with your order number, they'll say they have no record of it. I had a dozen orders go like that back in February. I found out the hard way that I need to send an email to ask if things are in stock first. That, they can tell you.
