This may be a pricing error.
BB has the BR version for $19.99 and the regular DVD version for $16.99. However BB's site has the BR cover on the regular DVD listing (which is $16.99). This may be why Amazon has the BR version for $16.99 - who knows.
This is the cheapest price around for this title that I know of.
