I wanna buy the Neighbors and a qualifying TV show title so I can get the neighbors for $10, then return the TV title, will I still get the Neighbors for $10?

No. They'll usually revise the pricing when ypu return part of a deal, so the price you've paid is the price you should have paid.

My Best Buy have Broadwalk Empire Season 1 and 2 bluray for $22.99 each. Might get them both before sale end 9/27. Season 3 is still pricey at $34.99.

"Once" is currently 6.99 in store at best buy. There is no online listing becasue this was an Amazon exclusive just hitting best buy stores.
This deal is only available in store in the fox display on the endcap. There is a price label that says 14.99 but it rang up today for 6.99. Don't know how long this will last.

Just FYI : I didn't realize this until I saw the DVD Talk review, and after upgrading all my Disney DVDs to Blu it's easy to get confused -- not only was Sleeping Beauty already released on BR as a Platinum Edition six years ago, but that version has the same transfer and much better extras than this one. I almost re-bought an inferior version of a Blu Ray I already owned!

Well, the original Sleeping Beauty had one of the finest animation transfers ever struck. It was beautiful when it first released and still probably represents the pinnacle of cel animation on Blu-ray. This is so people can get a digital copy and a smattering of new extras.
