I parked close (100 feet from the door), walked to electronics, picked up the items (no lines/crowd - much like a typical Saturday afternoon at this store), stopped to look through the Skylanders figures (picked up a couple of exclusive glow-in-the-dark variants), checked out (no line), back to the car and home. I could have looked through the other displays with no issue had I been so inclined. There were *no* protesters of any type. The longest time I spent in the store was waiting for the checker to figure out how to get the theft prevention device off the BR packages. To put in perspective I went about 6:30pm. I saved ~$40 on the games and whatever the savings on Brave is after paying ~$13 for 2 copies. In my book that's a "win".
That's nice, wish it was that easy for me. Takes me 20 mins to get to the main street. Another 40 mins to get to walmart. Then the time to get back. I was not talking about the protesters. I was talking about the people that stand by each drive way with a sign that say's. Will work for Food, Homeless will work for Food, etc. There is a McD right by where one is. I have never done this but I have seen people try to give them something.

As a rule I don't have any problems. But with the sales people go nuts over saving a little amount. They forget the cost of the gas to get there, and their time (How much do you make a hour?). I did go out but it was not to pickup the sales items. No need to, they where all gone. If you are going there to get other items then great. Its just the cost of getting there. But to go for a sales item and not get the item you wanted, or even went there for is a waste. It add up.

To be fair to you. I did go there today for Candy. I had 5 party bags of it. You can see I have it, and twice before I got to my truck I was asked. If I wanted to buy Candy to support. An other asked for change.

BTW I am up to 20 Blu-Rays & 7 3D so far this week. All from Amazon.com

Waiting for that, the bond. I own them all in DVD and Blu so I don't see me buying that again.

Are you sure it's not just in your quick picks on the gold box page?

It might be in your personal Gold Box picks for an extra 5% off. The key is to get lucky and pair that with another reduction.

Thanks for the reply. Pretty sweet deal!

Do we have reason to believe it's happening today? I thought the original picture indicated 11/24.

I bought the film unseen being a Pixar release. My jaw dropped the moment the queen turned into a bear and it turned into a farce. I never got that from the trailers. And I saw zero logic to it. Like you I thought the story was going to be more serious with the princess was going to out man all the guys in the town and kick serious butt. The hair did impress though the story did not.

No kidding. It's a pathetic display by everyone who discussed and revealed details of the movie in a damn bargain discussion. Some of us avoid movie discussion threads to avoid things like this. I hope the moderators remove the posts and ban for a time anyone who revealed details.

Question for anyone who knows.

I bought Pretty Little Liars season 2 yesterday for $16.99. The item already shipped when I found it at Walmart last night for $9.96. So I picked it up at Walmart in the madness last night.

Does Amazon make you pay for postage to return an item?

Oh, stop whining, it was in theaters, so any "spoilers" at this point are months old.

And get back to the bargains, please.

Yeah. Or you can pay for it yourself if it's cheaper than what Amazon charges ($3 or so I think). You can always refuse the package.

Can't refuse the package. Bought some other shit with it and it's packed together. Hopefully postage isn't more than 2 bucks or so. I mean I saved $7 getting it at Walmart.

Just pay it yourself. Amazon will give you a full refund. It'll cost ya probably $2.25 or so to ship it back.

I think they charge a $3.99 restocking fee.

Yeah, because everyone here has seen every single movie that is months old. Stupid logic.

Well, I disagree with that, especially since it just came out on Blu-ray. Heck, I just watched The Lorax for the first time this week.

I've made many returns and I've never had to pay a restocking fee.

Now I'm bummed, I got Pretty Little Liars at Amazon too. Knew I should have waited a while longer to get it for $10 since Season 1 was $10 last year at Walmart as well.

Really? Get over it.

scott was stupid about it. But I wouldn't ban him. That'd be a bitch move.

I am slightly disappointed that I now know wtf that movie was about. Kind of wanted to figure that out myself. I'm not one to bitch about spoilers when it's in the review thread but it bothers me here though.

Amen. I'm annoyed too. That was pretty stupid. And really dumb logic, crikey, assuming everyone should know a movie's ending just because it's been out a few months.

But no one should get banned!
