I saw that and another $5 blu-ray today, Beautiful Boy. Beautiful Boy sounds interesting (Michael Sheen and Maria Bello have to deal with the fact that their son Kyle Gallner killed himself after shooting up his classmates), but I'm not sure if it's something I want to own.

The director himself actually slashed the UPC so that is literally the director's cut.

Just my two cents but this was worth a look but not that great overall. Although the eye candy might be worth the $3 for you.

I found this too in Long Beach, CA but not in blu ray book packaging. Just amaray but decided to grab it anyway. Good thing about mine was the slasher was lazy and only grazed the plastic on the case. No damage to the actual artwork. Can't say the same for 1408 which I finally decided to grab after hearing good things about it.

I found it at FYE - Blu Ray Book packaging, with the UPC intact. The price was $7, got it anyway - worth it.

Re: Big Lots Blu-rays

This is a deal for Dollar Tree but I figured bargain Blu-ray shoppers might like to know a huge batch of $1 Blu-rays has shown up there. Each location seems to have gotten one or two boxes of them, mostly from Millennium. The big get is Upside Down 3D and direct-to-video fodder starring relatively big names like Jason Statham and Cuba Gooding, Jr.

Dolan's Cadillac
Elephant White
A Little Bit of Heaven
Nitro Circus: The Movie 3D (combo pack)
The Paperboy
Rampart
Red Lights
Sacrifice
Stolen
Straight A's
TransSiberian
Trespass
Upside Down 3D
Way of War
What Maisie Knew (combo pack)

There were also assorted DVDs as well.
