I was in at a FYE yesterday and I saw a sign that said buy one pre used item and get the second for 50% off. So I was like okay, you get a good deal on dvds, then in the print it says Blu Rays included. And I was like huh? Cause everytime they had a sale like this blu rays were excluded. and as I was picking my way through the hoods of used stuff. A woman who works there comes over and talk to me. Saying they were having a sale. Then I said something about the blu rays and she said it was the first time they were ever doing this. You could mix and match between Blu rays, Dvds and cds.

I went hog wild. Spending close to a 150 dollars or more. And since I had the backstage pass thing I saved even more. They also had a good section of 10 Blu rays, which i picked up a bunch of those aswell.

Here was my total Haul.

This was at a FYE that I Usually don't go too. Some I'm kinda anxious to see what kind of goods the one I usually go too. Just cause your there the other day, doesn't mean they can't get new stuff in.

But anyway for anyone that has a FYE near you, I think its worth the trip and more. Or atleast I think it is.

Went in and picked up 'Halloween' and 'The Lost Boys' for about $12 so was pleased with that

I saw my local FYE has Halloween Preused for 7.99 already. So I'm prolly gonna take a trip there tomorrow to see what kind of goods they have.

At My Local FYE, the sale Sign also mentioned used Games, in addition to used blu-rays, used DVDs, and used CDs.

Tonight I picked up a nice copy of Watchmen Ultimate Cut Blu-ray for $20 and change. I was surprised to find one and at that price.

I picked up Casino and Collateral for 15 yesterday. Not the deal of the century, but I've wanted both for a while. And it was good to have them in hand - I watched Collateral for the first time in a while last night. Still awesome.

Not much in terms of anything else that really caught my eye.

I rarely find any with games anymore either... most stopped selling them years ago

I don't even know if mine ever sold them. The mall i go to used to have a Suncoast also. but as everyone knows those have all closed down and FYE's are the only thing left around. Kinda wish Suncoast were around, cause they gave you more a selection then FYE. but I guess I can't be picky. Yesterday I picked up Race to Witch Mountain and A Haunting in Connecticut for about 11 bucks, that's with the backstage pass card. Both of them were both still sealed, but marked as Used.

Mine gets alot of those traded in like a week after release. I'm always afraid they'll melt my blurays where they are so hot.

Yeah, I tend to see alot of those aswell. It is in kinda a bad neighborhood, not that I'm trying to say anything bad. Just that you don't wanna be in that part of town after sunset, and no I'm not talking about vampires. lol.

Apparantly this deal is good for another 2 weeks.

Picked up 'Jennifers Body' and 'V For Vendetta' for $11 and change.

Will check back tomorrow and see what else I can find

My FYE had horrible prices for used BRs so I just bought some CDs....

I know sometimes they charge like 14.99 for used ones. Thats why I go for the cheap ones that they have. Ones that are usually 9.99 and under or so. I'll bite sometimes at 14.99 ones I don't have.

Got some decent stuff, mostly OOP DVD titles. The blu-rays, however, are usually priced twice as much as the new sale price at other stores, so I didn't find anything worth mentioning there.

There are always good deals on used BDs at the FYE here. You can't expect to get deals on the latest releases but wait a few weeks and the prices usually drop. I find that TV sets can be some of the best deals. The 30% off used coupon from Foursquare helps too.

I was there again today. The pickings were slim, but i got 2 movies. 1 blu ray and 1 dvd. I got clockwork orange on blu ray for like 7.96 and i got Mind hunters on dvd for 4.96. And after the 50% off and the members discount, it came to about 9.95 for a blu ray and dvd. Not bad. Plus I talk to the one guy there i see alot and he said it should run until about the end of July. Or the next two weeks.
