It is really hard to navigate that site. They actually sell a lot of unusual merchandise for various things (not all band related--for instance they carry a lot of Sesame Street merchandise). I may pick something up, but probably not any BD's...

Once something of this nature hit Slickdeals, there was little hope of the orders being honored. LiveNation has no reputation to protect, they are already widely vilified by most who have heard of them.

Yeah, I tried to access their site, and navigated just a couple pages before it became obvious to me that they don't care about "ease of use" on the consumer end. And then I realized, "Oh, yeah! This is LiveNation, after all...they never have cared about the consumer's end of things."

I decided not to bother. Though I adore a good bargain and seek them out constantly, I'm no fan of LiveNation, TicketBastard, et al. I'd rather not give them any business at all, if it's any kind of hassle for me.

As an online retailer, LiveNation seems to be a bit off their game lately.

Got an email from them last week enticing me to order. At the bottom it boldly said "$20 off $80 plus free shipping." However, it provided no coupon code. Followed the email link, hoping it would activate said discount automatically. Placed an order for $80+, and naturally no discount appeared. Have exchanged about 4 emails so far with their CS person, including sending them a copy of their own email as proof. Waiting for $20 credit, hope it comes through.
