I'd sure like to see them offer a sitewide free shipping deal some weekend. I have a ton of $3 and under DVDs and CDs in my wantlist I'd like to clear.

Overall the Blu-ray USED are in great condition, like others have mentioned. Sometimes the cases may have some cracks depending on how careless your postal delivery person may be. Most include everything including the digital copy code, though I have gotten a few that were missing the code & digital copy disc. A lot of times I have gotten slipcover, and sometimes the item is still sealed brand new!

If anything is wrong you can call them and they will refund you the cost + shipping after you return the item in a pre-paid shipping label.

DVDs may not be so good and I have a few that were scratched badly. That's more a hit or miss.

I have had opportunity to speak with their customer service and I was told that if there's any problems with orders, ask for Rich (Customer Service Dept.) and he will gladly help anyone with any issues.

Hope that helps anyone who is thinking of ordering with this company. Personally I've spent $400+ and have been happy with them for 95% of the orders.

Yeah, my "used" copy of Watchmen ended up being brand new, complete with the holographic slipcover. That wasn't bad for $9.00.

The only one I didn't get the slipcover on was Gran Torino. Also, my used copy of the International ended up coming in a different case (still blu, but obviously not the original).

I got Bolt, Quantum of Solace, Freddy vs. Jason, The Strangers, Observe and Report and The Wrestler for about $55 shipped. Not bad.

So when I checked my order online it now shows that three are in stock and three out of stock. So do they just hold on to the order for the out of stock ones until they get replacements or do they cancel them. I'm not sure how it works when buying used.

I have had some items that I could still purchase even though they were listed out of stock. For those items, I did end up receiving them...just took a bit longer.

My 3 orders show 7 of 10 blu-ray's are out of stock.

Update on my order status. The first order I placed not 3 of the 4 blu-rays have shipped out. The 4th one shows that it has been canceled.

2nd order now shows 2 in stock and 1 blu-ray out of stock.

3rd order shows only 1 of 3 in stock now.

Pi$$ poor inventory management on their part. Not likely to get my business again if they keep up that crap, especially when other etailers seem to have a MUCH better handle on things (even if their prices are a little higher).

you have to act fast with them.put it in your cart the first day of the sale and checkout.my order friday was my 7th or 8th order from them and only one movie was canceled.they restock fast so just keep checking your wishlist.

I received notice that 3 of mine have shipped. However, on the shipping notice the amount didn't show the 30% discount. Is this normal?

I don't even think it's an inventory management issue. I think they are constantly manipulating the prices and stock quantities. On Friday, blu-rays like Wanted and Watchment were displayed as out of stock. I know for a fact that I went to a Hastings on Saturday and they had like 20 copies of Watchmen.

Of course, the sale in store was a waste of time. Every single used blu-ray was priced at $19.99. Why can't they fucking match the online prices?

At one point I had 8/19 items listed as out of stock. Now I only have 3 because the others have shipped. I wouldn't be too worried about not getting the titles you ordered.
