I guess that's right. It seems that their "price match guarantee" doesn't need to be activated either since with shipping they are still "cheaper" that most other sites. Cheapest still does mean "sale" in my book though.

the prices are bad because this is what DD and places like BB do.. they jack it up to full MSRP then take the % off making you think you are getting a deal and ALOT of people fall for the bullshit

that's what EVERYONE does for % off sales. That's what they SHOULD do. You have to have a baseline to have a % off sale. The screwgie is usually the wording "up to".
The prices are bad because they aren't at a price point you like.
