I think they technically are, but there are so many copies in the distribution chain that they are still available.

A Walmart in Michigan had The Man With No Name Trilogy in the racks for $14.99 this past weekend. Not sure if it's been lower elsewhere, but seemed like a good price, for better and worse.

Was it the 2014 release? I checked one walmart and nothing, though both stores near me drastically cut the video stock this summer. Basically one short aisle of mostly DVDs and a dump bin is what's left.

Yes, it was the newer set. It was part of the regular Blu-Ray rack in this particular store, not a special location or deal as far as I could tell. They also had the Robocop trilogy (newer set) back down to $14.99.

Save your Walmart receipts when you buy Blu-rays. VUDU has introduced InstaWatch, where you automatically get UV copies of the movies you buy in Walmart stores. After you scan them with their app, the digital copies show up in your VUDU account. Some older receipts from a month or two ago are still working for this program.

The best thing is that after you scan the receipt and get your digital copy on VUDU, the included UV code found inside the case is still good. So you can give them all to me, if you want.

My Walmart has apparently just put out an MGM 90th Anniversary display, with a whole bunch of Blu-rays all priced at $4.96. The also all have those newish cardboard faceplates like these. Here's what I remember seeing:
