best web host for cheap.

just looking to host my webpages without having to pay alot.
I dont want any popups or banners for free hosting. I want to be able to use my meta tags and everthing else. No setup fees would also be great.

Anybody have experience with good cheap reliable hosting services?

I've used http://www.horizonws.com for a half a year. Five dollars a month lots of space. It's great! Pavel is the guy you'll want to talk to if you think it looks good

Not a bad deal for no ads or anything

man, that place looks like a deal, but there MUST be a catch, like no posting of audio or video files.

I've been using your-site.com for hosting the DOA, and haven't had any problems. It's $5 a month (if one pays in advance for 12 months).
