Hi could any of you guys tell me were i can buy a good disc cleaner/restorer any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

A lot of music and movie stores sell a few different types. What kind are you looking for?

Unless you want a pupose DVD cleaner disk, you could always use those little rags you get with glasses - they are supposed to work very well.
Other than that, I know http://www.ezydvd.com do a nifty little gadget that does the job AFAIK...
