Review Wanted: Romper Stomper

DVD Talk Hero - 2023 TOTY Award Winner
Romper Stomper is a good film. The subject matter makes it a tough film to watch repeatedly, but if you can find it in a rental store give it a look. The transfer and supplements make it hard to pass up if you are a fan of the film.

Defiently worth buying.
I have the 2-disc now. Great sound. Great picture, especially for something done in 16mm.
As far as the movies go, its great. Break-through preformance with Russlle Crowe. This is prob. the best race related films of recent times next to American History X
MOVIE: 8/10
AUDIO: 8/10
PICTURE: 8/10
EXTRA: 8/10

Anyway, it's a very good movie. Commentary is decent. The restoration bit is okay for a few minutes. All of the other extras are in the form of interviews, some of which are fairly dull. Of course, you should always rent before you buy unless you have a good deal lined up.

Umm, what the hell kind of criticism is that? There isn't a real big GLADIATOR demographic right now either.
