It's okay. My equipment isn't the greatest, so I can't comment on how great the transfer/audio is... I'll just say that I didn't notice any problems.

The commentary track is kind of hit or miss. I was more interested in Julien Temple's and Greil Marcus' comments than those of anyone actually involved with the film. The phone recording is often difficult to understand, but you really get a feeling for Sid's state of mind. The making of documentary is kinda boring. The excerpts from "D.O.A.: A Right of Passage" (sic) are amusing, as is the brief Bill Grundy interview.
