I reserved this title in advence and was sent e-mail notification on 1/21/2001 stating that I could order a copy.
I did and my credit card was charged on 1/22. I live in the States and still haven't received the DVD. Should I be concerned?

No, not just yet. HK shops can take up to five weeks to get things overseas.

I think I must have been lucky - I ordered CTHD, and it took 8 calendar days for it to arive from HiViZone (I'm in the UK, BTW).

Is this the excpetion ot the norm, or is this the usual case?

I cannot speak for people in other countries but all the people down here that I know that order from Hivizone (myself included) get their stuff at least four weeks after the order was placed.

If you are going to buy a number of titles, I would recommend giving DVDShelf some consideration - they use courier shipping (so it is trackable). My order which included CTHD took just over three days (two of which were the weekend) to arrive.

They are a bit pricey if you are buying single titles as they charge a set rate which is the same regardless of whether you order one or five DVDs (so you wait until there are five titles you want and maximise the value).

regards, Tim...

I just received this one yesterday. From the outside of the
packaging no one would know that I ordered this from a company and not some average Joe from HK.
