I been checking some prices for Sony DVPS560 and Panasonic DVDRV30. I found them a whopping $50 cheaper at http://salescircular.com list in Bbuy and CCity

Why are online stores more expensive than B&M?

Ditto with buy.com for Panasonic vs. B&M lists. Couldn't find any Sony at Buy.com. That's odd - any idea why

I may be wrong but I believe Sony is one of the companies that only has 1 licensed online distributor, and I believe thats via Crutchfield(SP?)?
