Huge Pacino fan...Just wondering if this dvd is worth a purchase

Kind of a weak story, and definitely not as great as, say, Serpico or Dog Day Afternoon, but Pacino is incredible in it.

Not for me one of the best movies i ever saw in my life..court-room drama at its finest....

Excellent film! One of Pacino's finest! Must understand that the film is a satire on the legal system.

The DVD is kinda a mixed bag. The picture definitely has a 70's look to it and while the color tint is kinda brownish-orangish it is a very sharp picture and the print used doesn't have a lot of damage.

Audio sucks and you'd probably expect that from a film from that era in mono.

Bonus is that it has a commentary by Norman Jewison the director and while I only listened to some of it, that might make it worthwhile.
