Does anybody know if the subtitles of this movie, which will be released on January 16, 2001, can be turned off? That is, some foreign films cannot have their subtitles turned off (like Kika and Tierra), while others can have the subtitles turned off (like All About My Mother and The First Night of My Life).

If the subtitles cannot be turned off I won't buy it.

Also, does anybody know of a site that talks about things like this, preferablly for Spanish language films? I am tired of "technical specifications" only stating that English subtitles are available, but not saying if they can be turned off or not.

Thanks!

According to Anchor Bay web-site English subtitles are going to be optional - that means it can be turned off...
