After looking EVERYWHERE for this, I finally found one copy at a Best Buy out in BFE for $20. Not bad. I liked the older style of the show better, but this is a good movie and definitly has its adult appeal. Two complaints I have (and they ARE major complaints, to say the least): The movie is edited for content (violence, "mood", dialogue, etc) and cut by at least a few minutes. Hmmm... also the DVD is full screen edited from the original widescreen ratio. Damn, WB, hook us up with a widescreen PG-13 version and we'll all be happy. The sound is pretty good though, in DD 5.1. And the commentary is semi-interesting. The other features kinda suck (like the music video), but what do you expect? I like this DVD a lot, but why gear a movie intended for an older audience to kids? Just because it's animated does not mean its kiddie fare. Get some balls Warner, and give us what we want (and what we originally GOING to get). Grrr... oh well, Im still waiting for Frank Miller's Batman: Year One.
